“Nostalgic expression in a joint exhibition”

Tanzanian artist Julius Njau and a German photographer are holding a joint exhibition at the Taiji Harada Museum.

Njau began drawing while hospitalized and has continued creating ever since. His works, filled with vibrant colors and dynamic forms, depict scenes of everyday African life and convey strong energy.

“Feeling the power of Africa”

A Tanzanian-born artist presents an abstract art exhibition in Suwa.

Njau, who has a disability in his left leg, began painting during his time in the hospital. Since then, he has developed a unique style expressing the vitality and rhythm of Africa.
